Institute Founder
Hae Ahn, Stephanie Squibb
My practice has primarily been led by the immeasurable wisdom of my teachers and their rich traditions.
I recently completed my work with The Institute of Buddhist Studies to step more deeply into the ongoing training of teaching the Dharma in the Zen Buddhist Tradition.
Over the last 30 years, I had the good fortune of practicing and studying Theravada Buddhism, Zen Buddhism, the Masters of Zen Poetry and Haiku, and the mystics of Sufism.
My spiritual practice and studies began in Kriya Yoga with Goswami Kriyananda in 1998, certifying as a Hatha Yoga and meditation teacher in 2002. Following several years of training and teaching, I continued studies in Kriya Yoga Seminary with Swami Pranananda Mahaswami, to later be ordained, Swami Vasudevyananda, in November of 2016. The gentle and wise teachings of Kriya Yoga continues to infuse my practice and teaching.
I remain committed to a daily practice and study with the endeavor to live in harmony with the world of Mind. This work includes helping others to walk the spiritual path.
