Invitation to Practice

 

Sitting meditation & Tea practice

Our time together begins with tea and instruction for sitting meditation, taking us into the practice of quiet stillness for about 30 minutes. We will then explore spiritual texts or enjoy a teaching in support of your awareness practice. Questions are encouraged.

The teachings are offered in the spirit of self-enquiry. This interchange is not as much about gathering knowledge, rather it is an endeavor to observe the quality of our mind throughout the whole of our experience together.

Feel free to join us anytime. There is always something to receive. This class welcomes everyone, wherever you are on your path.

Together, we will practice serving & drinking tea to reveal profound intimacy with the deeper structures of life.
